How long will a custom order take? TOP
Production time takes about 2-4 weeks. I will keep in contact with you regarding the approximate ETA of your item(s) and will provide shipment tracking information.
When will my item(s) arrive? TOP
All "ready to ship" items will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Custom orders will ship within 2-4 weeks.
How will my item(s) arrive? TOP
Products are shipped via United States Postal Service. Large items will be shipped in a large envelope or sturdy box if needed. Smaller items will be shipped in a bubble envelope.
How will my gift certificate arrive? TOP
You have the option of receiving a physical gift certificate or a virtual gift certificate. Your physical gift certificate will arrive in the mail via the USPS. A code will be included. Please request a physical gift certificate in the "notes" field upon checkout.
Virtual gift certificates are great for out of state
gift giving. Your recipient will receive a virtual gift certificate as an
email attachment with the code included. Simply enter the recipient's email address in the appropriate field and request a virtual gift certificate in the "notes" field during checkout.
Gift certificates have a unique code and will only be redeemable once.
How do I redeem a gift certificate? TOP
Your virtual gift certificate or physical gift certificate will have a code attached. Enter this code in the "Gift Voucher" field upon checkout.
What if my total is LESS than the gift voucher? TOP
You may continue your purchase and checkout. The gift voucher will then be marked as redeemed. You will no longer be able to use the voucher again even if there is a remaining balance.
What if my total is MORE than the gift voucher? TOP
You may continue to redeem your gift voucher and you will be offered another form of payment to complete the transaction. Your gift voucher will then be marked as redeemed.
Do you accept credit cards? TOP
Yes. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. While it is recommended that you sign up for a Paypal account, it is not necessary to have one to pay by credit card. Upon checkout you will be sent to Paypal to select the payment options that is right for you.
Can I pay by check? TOP
Website orders will require credit card payments. Checks are accepted within the state of Virginia to those approved. There will be a fee of $25.00 for returned checks. Please contact Sales@OneHappyTree.com for details.
Do you charge sales tax? TOP
Yes, 5% to residence in the state of Virginia.
What name will appear on my credit card statement? TOP
"OneHappyTree" or "1HappyTree"
Do you ship outside the United States? TOP
I only ship to the United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
